Compensation: $40–$44/hour Benefits:

Must Have Skill Set:
Experience recruiting engineering or technical professionals in a manufacturing environment
Experience managing high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers
Experience recruiting engineering and other indirect labor (IDL) positions
Workday experience is highly preferred;
Kronos experience is a plus Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support a leading manufacturing organization during a 4–6 month contract assignment. This recruiter will focus exclusively on recruiting engineering and other indirect labor (IDL) positions across multiple manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in recruiting technical and engineering professionals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can quickly build relationships with hiring managers while managing multiple priorities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys full-cycle recruiting, can manage a high-volume workload, and is comfortable supporting critical engineering hiring needs across multiple business units.
Job Duties:
Manage up to 35 active engineering and technical requisitions simultaneously.
Recruit for engineering and indirect labor (IDL) positions, including Manufacturing, Process, Quality, Automation & Controls, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, and other technical engineering roles.
Partner with multiple hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding activities.
Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records within Workday.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract qualified engineering talent.
Deliver an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers while meeting aggressive hiring timelines.
Qualifications:
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting engineering or technical positions.
Manufacturing recruiting experience is required.
Experience recruiting engineering professionals such as Manufacturing, Process, Quality, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automation Engineers.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
Experience working with Workday is highly preferred.
Experience using Kronos is a plus.
