Position: Total Rewards & People Operations Coordinator

Who You Are

As Total Rewards & People Operations Coordinator, you will support the administration of global compensation, benefits, and payroll programs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Tier1 employee inquiries and support day‑to‑day Total Rewards and People operations across Nutrabolt and Bloom, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and HR systems.

What You're Good At
  • Support US and global payroll administration, including timekeeping audits, payroll processing, reporting, reconciliations, and employee inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and process workforce transactions in HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Administer U.S. and global benefits programs, managing enrollments, eligibility, vendor reconciliations, invoice audits, and support for UK/EOR populations.
  • Administer I‑9 verification and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Assist with leave of absence administration in partnership with vendors.
  • Serve as Tier1 support for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and Total Rewards.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain Total Rewards materials, internal resources, and program documentation.
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, and company‑sponsored programs.
  • Provide backup support for broader People Operations activities as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Contribute
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 1‑3 years of experience in HR, payroll, benefits, or administrative support role.
  • Exposure to HRIS systems (Workday, Paycom, Deel, or similar) preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrates a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
