To drive the firm's growth strategy, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for 15-25 senior-level positions in the healthcare revenue cycle sector, focusing on talent acquisition, pipeline development, and hiring manager partnership in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities- Own end-to-end recruiting for clinical revenue cycle, coding, denial management, and consulting roles
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build proactive talent pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and facilitate structured interview processes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare revenue cycle talent acquisition
- Ability to recruit for specialized revenue cycle roles such as coders and clinical reviewers
- Proficiency with Linked In Recruiter and at least one enterprise ATS platform
- Working knowledge of revenue cycle operations and healthcare billing processes
