PCSI is seeking a Benefits and Leave Specialist to join our People Team in South Austin, TX. You will administer health benefits, 401(k), FMLA, and other leave programs, helping employees understand their benefits and ensuring accurate enrollment and compliance across multiple sites.
This exempt role reports to the Senior Benefits Manager, requires on-site work during training, with a hybrid schedule possible after training, and occasional evenings or weekend support.
