Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our growing organization. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications based on requirements.
• Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, job boards, and networking.
• Screen resumes and job applications; conduct interviews using various reliable recruitment and selection tools/methods.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs.
• Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a professional candidate experience.
• Participate in career fairs and related employer branding activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience recruiting for a range of roles in [Industry Specific, e.g., Technology, Healthcare, Finance].
• Professional certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIR).
• Demonstrated use of social media recruitment strategies.
• Proficiency in HRIS and advanced ATS tools.
