Talent Insights Analyst

We are seeking an inquisitive, analytical, and commercially minded Talent Insights Analyst to support our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) teams. This is ideal for an early career research and analytics professional. This is a recruitment support and analytics role designed to help our recruiting team move from reactive, firefighting mode into strategic work. You'll handle data consolidation, reporting, research, and insights—freeing recruiters to focus on strategy, sourcing, and relationship-building.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing labor market intelligence, talent insights, competitive benchmarking, and recruitment strategy materials that enable the Recruiters in their workforce planning discussions.

This individual will leverage a variety of research tools, labor market platforms, public websites, and recruitment technology solutions to gather, analyze, and summarize information about talent availability, compensation trends, competitor hiring activity, sourcing strategies, and emerging workforce trends. They will translate complex data into clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations and insight packs that help recruiters and clients make informed hiring decisions.

The ideal candidate is naturally curious, enjoys solving problems, can validate information from multiple sources, and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze talent supply and demand trends, skills availability, competitive hiring landscapes, and workforce dynamics.

  • Monitor industry developments, economic trends, and workforce changes that may impact recruiting strategies.

Recruitment Strategy Support

  • Support workforce planning discussions with data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Assist with development of talent maps, competitor analyses, and candidate market overviews.
  • Prepare role-specific intelligence reports and talent insight summaries for recruiters and client stakeholders.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Gather information from multiple data sources and validate findings for accuracy and relevance.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights within recruitment and labor market data.
  • Transform research findings into concise executive summaries and client-ready recommendations.
  • Maintain templates, dashboards, and standard reporting materials.

Presentation & Content Development

  • Create professional PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, strategy sessions, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and workforce planning discussions.
  • Develop visually compelling reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Support employer branding, talent attraction, and recruitment marketing initiatives through market research and competitive analysis.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay informed on emerging recruitment technologies, labor market intelligence platforms, and workforce analytics tools.
  • Identify new sources of talent intelligence and innovative ways to improve insight generation.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance the team's market intelligence capability.
