Austin Face & Body is seeking an exceptional Director of People & Culture to help build one of the premier physician-led aesthetic organizations in the country.
This is not a traditional Human Resources position.
This role exists to develop leaders, strengthen culture, improve accountability, and ensure every employee and physician experiences an organization that reflects excellence, professionalism, and genuine care.
The Director of People & Culture will work directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to build the systems, leadership, and culture necessary to support long‑term growth.

Preferred Experience- 8–15+ years in leadership, organizational development, people operations, or executive coaching
- Experience supporting organizations with 75–300+ employees
- Experience in luxury hospitality, healthcare, physician practices, professional services, or another high‑service environment
- Multi‑site leadership experience preferred
- Experience coaching senior leaders and high-performing professionals

- Ability to design and implement culture, engagement, and recognition initiatives that promote inclusion and collaboration.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, policies, and employment law, preferably within healthcare or a regulated environment.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated strength in strategic planning, change management, and organizational development.
- Proficiency with HRIS and basic data analysis to track people metrics and inform decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- Experience in medical, surgical, or clinical practice settings is beneficial, along with familiarity with patient-centered service cultures.
