  • Leverage labor market data, hiring trends, and student preferences to help employers optimize recruiting timing, events, branding, and investment decisions.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative hiring data to surface insights that inform employer advising and institutional strategy.
  • Shape how UT Austin communicates its talent value proposition to employers, translating academic excellence into workforce-ready outcomes.
  • Partner closely with career services leaders, recruiting operations, and corporate relations teams to align employer engagement efforts across campus.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to cross-functional initiatives focused on employer engagement, student outcomes, and workforce strategy.
  • Identify and pursue high-impact employers and new business units aligned with UT's priority industries and student pipelines.

  • Design and implement scalable employer account management processes, engagement plans, and timelines.
  • Contribute to data analytics projects and employer insights efforts to support continuous improvement and decision making.
  • Support institution-wide initiatives that strengthen UT's employer engagement infrastructure and strategy.
  • The employer portfolio is managed as a strategic book of business, with clear improvements in engagement health, retention, and expansion.
  • High-potential employer accounts deepen their engagement through expanded hiring, new business units, and more intentional partnerships.
  • Employer engagement insights meaningfully inform institutional recruiting strategy and student outcome decisions.
  • Recruiting strategies are guided by employer data, hiring trends, and student interest to improve decision making and hiring outcomes.
