Human Resources Business Partner

Payrate: $30.00- 35.00/hr we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support and coordinate a broad range of human resource functions while partnering with management and employees to ensure effective workforce practices. This role is responsible for advising on employment policies, compensation structures, job classification, personnel procedures, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

This position requires a professional who can support organizational development initiatives while maintaining compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.

Responsibilities
  • Advise managers and employees on state and federal employment regulations, personnel policies, compensation programs, benefits administration, and employment-related procedures.
  • Provide guidance regarding legal and regulatory requirements related to hiring practices, including equal employment opportunity and affirmative action policies.
  • Evaluate job positions and determine appropriate classifications, exempt or non-exempt status, and compensation recommendations.
  • Prepare and maintain occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary structures.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of personnel records, employee handbooks, and related documentation.
  • Develop reports and presentations, including organizational charts, workflow analyses, career path reports, job analysis summaries, and compensation analysis reports.
  • Support organizational development activities and human resource programs designed to maximize the effective use of human capital.
  • Partner with management to address workforce planning and employee-related matters.
  • Ensure human resources policies and procedures are applied consistently and in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee and organizational information.
  • Support ongoing HR initiatives and projects while meeting established deadlines and business objectives.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of related Human Resources experience.
  • Experience supporting a wide range of human resource functions, including employee relations, compensation, job classification, policy administration, and compliance.
  • Experience advising managers and employees on employment-related matters and human resources best practices.
  • Experience preparing reports, job descriptions, organizational charts, and compensation-related documentation.

Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $30.00 - $35.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
