Senior Sourcer

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Partner to support hiring initiatives across Build Operations, Design-Build, Construction, Engineering, and Corporate functions. This individual will serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, driving the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through offer stage while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and talent strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for construction, operations, project management, engineering, field, and corporate positions.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, recruiter screens, and talent assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and overall interview logistics.
• Guide hiring teams through the selection process and provide market insights and hiring recommendations.
• Leverage Linked In Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage qualified talent.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with recruiting leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to meet business hiring objectives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting high-quality talent.
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers, business leaders, and key stakeholders.
• Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within construction, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, data center, field operations, design-build, or related industries.
• Experience utilizing Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Background supporting high-volume and/or project-based hiring environments.
• Knowledge of proactive sourcing strategies and talent market intelligence.
