The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage staffing, recruitment, and benefits coordination in a fast-paced environment. You will work with hiring managers, maintain applicant records in the ATS, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
This hybrid role also serves as the agency’s wellness coordinator and benefits specialist, delivers orientation on benefits, and supports policy development.
