Pay rate: $28.00 - 32.00/hr on W2

This role will require going into the Austin TX office once a week.

Description:

You will join the global Talent Acquisition team and lead efforts attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent to join our team. The positions this recruiter will work on are highly technical in nature. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners in a consultative role to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure seamless and positive candidate experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
• Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advice on market realities or alternatives.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels.
• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with Zimmer Biomet’s requirements, culture, and values.
• Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment process for Zimmer Biomet and a smooth and engaging experience for the candidate.
• Artfully manage offers and negotiations, finding a successful outcome for both parties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, growing the future pipeline.

The Experience You Have:

• 6+ years of experience as a full life cycle Recruiter
• 3+ years of experience working on technical positions
• Experience has a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes.
• Experience hiring senior individual contributor roles through Director level
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience

The Skills You Have:

• Strong sourcing techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with hiring managers and candidates.
• Influencing and negotiation skills
