What You’ll Do- Serve as the first point of contact for talent and visitors — creating a warm, welcoming experience in person, by phone, or via email.

- Keep the branch running smoothly — from opening mail and ordering supplies to maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Actively participate in daily team huddles to stay aligned on branch goals and priorities.
- Friendly and approachable, with a natural knack for hospitality.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
- Proactive, dependable, and great at juggling multiple tasks.
