United States Digital Space LLC is a growth consultancy for Amazon brands. You'd be our first dedicated recruiting hire, and you'd build the function rather than inherit it.
You’ll own the full funnel—from kickoff and job description to sourcing strategy, screening, interview loop design and offers. You’ll run outbound sourcing to reach senior Amazon operators, screen 20–30 candidates a month, and configure our ATS to keep data clean.
