Job Summary:
We are seeking an Early Career Program Manager to manage large-scale programs for interns, new graduates, and apprentices. The role will oversee multiple work streams, improve program operations, coordinate stakeholders across 12+ offices, manage communications and events, and use data and participant feedback to continuously improve the program experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver early-career development, mentorship, engagement, and community programs.
- Manage 5-8 concurrent work streams, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate orientation and pre-boarding activities across 12+ offices.
- Manage communications, events, site leads, and volunteer partners.
- Analyze surveys and program data to identify insights and improvements.
Must-Have
Skills:
- 3+ years of relevant program management experience.
- Experience managing multiple work streams for mid- to large-scale programs.
- Strong process improvement, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Excel, Qualtrics, ATS/HRIS, and workflow automation tools.
