PCSI is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Team at our corporate headquarters in Austin, TX. In this role, you’ll drive recruiting efforts for a variety of supervisory, management, and administrative positions across multiple locations and lines of business. You’ll manage job postings, source and screen candidates, partner with hiring managers, support interview and selection processes, and help move offers forward.
You'll report to the Director of the People Team work closely with department leadership to track and analyze talent acquisition data used to identify process gaps and make improvements.

How You’ll Work- On-site work from South Austin PCSI corporate office required Monday-Friday during initial training period.
- Eligible for a hybrid work schedule (up to 2 remote days per week) upon successful completion of training and with manager approval.
- Monday-Friday schedule, with approximately 8 consecutive working hours within PCSI’s core business hours of 7:00am - 6:00 pm, and as business needs necessitate.
- Occasional evening and weekend support as needed.
- Must be located in the Austin, TX metro area.
- Annual bonus opportunity up to 8%.

- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer coordination, and candidate handoff.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify role needs, align on selection strategy, and establish realistic timelines.
- Create clear job postings and interview questions that reflect the required experience and business need for the role.
- Screen, assess, and present candidates with clear, insightful recommendations.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including virtual interviews and onsite panel interviews.
- Support offer development and negotiations by gathering relevant market, compensation, and internal equity information as needed.
- Coordinate background checks and support new employee orientation activities as needed.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels for critical, high volume, recurring, and hard to fill positions.
- Build candidate pipelines through Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, professional organizations, and direct outreach.
- Monitor talent market trends and adjust sourcing strategies to improve candidate flow and quality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate activity and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System throughout the hiring process.
