Join Our Team as a Contractor Relations Specialist!
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team on a full-time, direct basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of contractor relationships, building and maintaining strong connections, and ensuring a seamless experience for our contractors.
What You Will Do:- Contractor Onboarding, Maintenance, and Offboarding: Manage the entire lifecycle of contractor relationships including onboarding new hires, dealing with any employee relation issues, counseling sessions, performance improvement plans, etc.
- Develop and Maintain Relationships: Engage with contractors to build and sustain strong connections.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Address and resolve contractor-related issues, collaborating with various departments as needed.
- Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills daily.
- Administrative Support: Offer additional administrative support, including backup coverage for team members as needed.
- Expressive Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can develop relationships with a diverse range of individuals.
- Helper and Guide: You have a genuine interest in assisting and guiding people through onboarding processes and effective contract assignments.
- Fast Learner: You are adaptable and eager to absorb and retain new concepts and ideas.
- Multi-tasker: You can manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized Problem Solver: You love organization, problem-solving, and paying attention to detail.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience within the staffing industry and/or experience dealing with onboarding and employee relation issues.
- Communication: Friendly, personable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Needs Assessment: Skilled at assessing contractor needs, developing proposals, and delivering solutions.
- Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building and decision-making skills.
- Data Analysis: Ability to report, analyze data, and communicate results effectively.
- Independent Management: Capable of managing daily workload independently, operating well under pressure, and balancing competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-oriented, and results-driven environment.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
