HR Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Total Rewards to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This senior leadership role will shape a global total rewards strategy that aligns compensation, equity, and benefits with business objectives and market competitiveness. The position will partner closely with executive leadership and the Board, with a strong focus on governance, executive compensation, and enterprise-wide reward programs. It also calls for operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and the thoughtful use of AI and automation to improve rewards processes.
The successful candidate will mentor a high-performing team while helping strengthen policies, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
Location:
Austin, TX - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $283,000 – $425,000 annually
Responsibilities- Design and govern competitive compensation, equity, and benefits programs based on benchmarking and analysis.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and manage executive compensation frameworks that promote performance.
- Facilitate the integration of AI tools for automation in compensation analysis and equity insights.
- Streamline total rewards operations by simplifying policies and enhancing governance within the organization.
- Prepare and present materials on total rewards strategy to executive leadership and the Board.
- Mentor and develop a high-performance Total Rewards team.
- 12+ years of HR experience with a focus on Total Rewards and executive compensation; at least 7 years in senior/global leadership roles.
- Experience designing and managing enterprise compensation, equity, and benefits programs in global technology settings.
- Proven track record in leading the adoption of HR automation and AI solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS and compensation/benefits platforms.
- Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
- Experience in creating and presenting board materials succinctly to C-suite and Boards.
- Background in managing compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
