We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a role for someone who loves making things happen, enjoys working with people and takes pride in getting the details right.
Recruitment experience isn't essential.What matters most is that you're organised, confident communicating with different people, comfortable juggling multiple priorities and naturally inclined to solve problems before they become problems.

About the roleThis is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same.
You’ll be at the heart of the interview process, coordinating everything from diaries and interview rooms to candidate travel and NDAs. You’ll work across multiple time zones and departments, keeping candidates, interviewers and Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs) informed every step of the way.
You'll also support the wider Talent team with referrals, systems, data and general administration — helping us deliver a great experience for everyone involved.
Responsibilities Include:Coordinating interviews across multiple time zones, departments and interviewer panels.
Managing
reschedules and diary changes
, keeping TAPs up to date with interviewer availability.Coordinating
face-to-face interviews and assessment days
, including being onsite when required.Arranging
candidate travel and expenses
, working closely with our Travel and Accounts Payable teams.Booking interview rooms through
our ATS and other systems
, making sure everything is ready for candidates and interviewers.Sending
NDAs to candidates and ensuring they're completed ahead of interviews.Managing the
referral inbox
, reviewing CVs and adding referrals to the appropriate Greenhouse requisitions.Keeping day-to-day communication moving across
Slack, Outlook and Zoom
.Supporting the Talent team with
general administration
, including spreadsheets, interviewer availability, data and system housekeeping.Spotting opportunities to improve how we work and helping make our processes
simpler, smoother and more efficient

You don't need previous recruitment experience. You might come from recruitment, coordination, operations, hospitality, events, executive assistance, customer service — or somewhere completely different.
Is
