HR Assistant – Entry Level
TESIM Electric is looking for an organized, dependable team member to support HR operations, onboarding coordination, employee records, and internal communication. This full-time, entry-level opportunity is a strong fit for someone ready to learn, contribute, and build a career with a growing electrical contractor.
What you will do- Help organize onboarding documents and employee files.
- Support HR scheduling, data entry, and routine team communication.
- Assist with people operations projects and a positive employee experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong organization, confidentiality, and professional communication.
- Comfort with email, calendars, and basic office software.
- A positive attitude, dependable follow through, and interest in growing with TESIM Electric.
