Recruiting Assistant - Entry Level
TESIM Electric is looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to help grow teams supporting high-impact electrical construction work. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating clearly, and helping people move through a great candidate experience.
What you will do- Support job posting, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and recruiting communications.
- Keep candidate records organized and up to date in our hiring system.
- Help coordinate onboarding documents and recruiting events.
- Work closely with the HR and recruiting team on fast-moving hiring priorities.
- High school diploma or GED required. College coursework is a plus.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and professional communication.
- Comfort with email, calendars, and basic office software.
- A positive, dependable approach and interest in building a career in people operations.
