Recruiter Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, functions, and global time zones
• Support recruiting activities across Israel, the United States, and India
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to drive an efficient and organized interview process
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and white-glove coordination
• Manage complex scheduling logistics, including executive and panel interviews
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting workflows within the ATS
• Assist with offer coordination and onboarding logistics as needed
• Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and operational scalability
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, HR coordination, or administrative support within a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a high-growth environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and follow-through
• Experience with ATS platforms and scheduling tools preferred (Greenhouse experience is a plus)
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with executives, recruiters, and hiring teams across global regions
• Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple time zones and cultures
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering a great candidate experience
