At CMC, you will partner with hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory groups to lead searches for nurse leaders, including Managers, Directors, and Chief Nursing Officers. You will become a trusted advisor to clients, helping shape strategies that strengthen teams, improve patient outcomes, and advance organizational performance.

Your day-to-day responsibilities at CMC will include:

• Building and managing a client portfolio through consultative business development
• Scoping roles and managing the recruiting process from beginning to end
• Researching markets and sourcing and screening candidates
• Conducting structured interviews and presenting candidate shortlistsli>
• Advising clients and candidates on compensation and offers
• Supporting smooth offer acceptances and transitions
• Maintaining detailed and accurate pipeline tracking in our CRM

We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to begin or grow a career in sales. Successful candidates will be:
