Job Summary:

This role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for entry-level and graduate talent. You will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract high-quality candidates. The position requires ensuring a positive candidate journey while driving efficient hiring processes.

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for intern and graduate programs.
• Advise hiring teams on talent market trends and staffing strategies.
• Maintain a superior candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Screen and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Collaborate with internal talent acquisition teams.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prior recruiting experience within the Fin Tech industry and hiring into various Early Careers programs is preferred.
