Position Description

The Talent Acquisition & Workforce Partner serves as the Bank's lead recruiting partner and a key contributor to workforce administration, talent operations, and organizational governance within the Human Resources & Total Rewards function. This role is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for professional, technical, digital, business, and leadership positions while supporting critical workforce processes that help ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient workforce management practices across the organization.

Working in a multi-state, multi-entity environment, the Talent Acquisition & Workforce Partner collaborates closely with hiring managers, business leaders, HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and HR leadership to attract top talent and support workforce planning and administration activities. The role combines recruiting expertise with strong operational discipline to help support the Bank's workforce needs, talent strategies, and organizational objectives.

The position focuses on delivering exceptional recruiting outcomes while managing key workforce processes, including position management, contractor administration, job description governance, compensation data administration, and talent operations coordination. The Talent Acquisition & Workforce Partner serves as a trusted resource to leaders and hiring managers, helping ensure recruiting and workforce processes are executed consistently, effectively, and in alignment with Bank policies and governance standards.

Operating with a high degree of collaboration, ownership, and professionalism, the Talent Acquisition & Workforce Partner plays a critical role in helping the organization attract, hire, and retain the talent needed to achieve strategic business objectives while creating opportunities for continued growth and development within the Human Resources function.

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting activities for professional, technical, digital, business, and leadership positions across the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and leadership to understand workforce needs and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies utilizing recruiting platforms, networking, referrals, direct outreach, professional organizations, and other talent attraction methods.
  • Recruit for highly specialized and difficult-to-fill positions, including roles supporting technology, systems, data, cybersecurity, and other business-critical functions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, educational institutions, professional associations, and external recruiting resources.
  • Provide market intelligence, candidate availability insights, talent trends, and competitive hiring information to support workforce planning and recruiting decisions.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through effective communication, professionalism, and timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking records, recruiting documentation, and reporting in compliance with organizational requirements and sound recordkeeping practices.
