We are looking for a Technical Recruiter –
UK Recruitment with 1–3 years of hands-on UK recruitment experience to support job research, Job Description analysis, CV modification, candidate-job matching, and recruitment activities for UK-based opportunities.
This is a non-calling / back-end recruitment role focused primarily on researching suitable job openings, understanding job requirements, analysing and modifying candidate CVs, and identifying relevant opportunities across technical, professional, specialist, and niche roles.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the UK job market, recruitment portals, Job Description s, CVs, Boolean search, and job-matching techniques and should be comfortable working across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Work on assigned candidate profiles and identify suitable UK job opportunities based on their skills, experience, qualifications, location, salary, and other requirements.
- Search for relevant vacancies through Linked In, Indeed, UK job boards, company career pages, CV databases, and other recruitment platforms.
- Read and analyse Job Description s carefully to understand the role, responsibilities, required skills, qualifications, experience, location, salary, and other selection criteria.
- Research new and unfamiliar job positions to understand their responsibilities, required skills, qualifications, industry relevance, and current UK market requirements.
- Analyse candidate CVs and profiles to understand their experience, skills, qualifications, career history, and suitability for relevant positions.
- Modify and tailor candidate CVs according to specific Job Description s by aligning relevant skills, experience, keywords, qualifications, and role-specific information.
- Match candidate profiles with suitable vacancies by comparing the candidate's background against the key requirements of the Job Description.
- Conduct targeted job searches using Boolean search, keywords, filters, location-based searches, and advanced search techniques.
- Research the UK job market regularly to identify new vacancies, hiring trends, relevant positions, and opportunities for assigned candidate profiles.
- Work across multiple sectors, including IT/Technology, Cyber Security, Engineering, Healthcare, Legal, Finance & Accounting, Marketing, HR, Sales, Business Development, and Operations.
- Handle specialist, niche, technical, and difficult-to-source positions where required.
- Maintain accurate records of relevant job opportunities, CV modifications, candidate-job matches, applications, and daily recruitment activities.
- Keep track of suitable vacancies and ensure that identified opportunities are relevant to the assigned candidate profile.
- Share regular updates with the Team Leader regarding assigned profiles, job opportunities, progress, challenges, and daily activities.
- Meet assigned daily and weekly targets while maintaining the quality, relevance, and accuracy of job research and candidate-job matching.
- 1–3 years of hands-on UK recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the UK job market, recruitment practices, and job-search platforms.
- Practical experience with Linked In, Indeed, UK job boards, CV databases, ATS/CRM systems, and recruitment platforms.
