The Texas Workforce Commission is seeking a proactive, result-oriented recruitment professional to join our HR department as an HR Specialist IV - Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner for the Snap Hire Team.

This position is located at 101

E. 15th Street in the Human Resources department.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This critical role performs highly complex (senior-level) human resources management work with a primary focus on full-cycle recruitment for the Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) division and the high-impact

Snap Hi reprocess. Operating under limited supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment, the HR Specialist IV serves as the engine behind our hiring success, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing and screening to the execution of official offers.

As a strategic partner to VR leadership, you will ensure total organizational compliance with state and federal hiring laws while providing expert consultation to hiring managers to ensure we attract and retain the best talent to serve the citizens of Texas.

• The Snap Hire & Sourcing Architect:
  
  You serve as the primary consultant for the Snap Hire process. You create, review, and approve postings, develop candidate matrices, and lead sourcing strategies that result in high-quality new hires for specialized workforce programs.
