Senior Recruitment Consultant – GTM Recruitment, Austin, Texas. The role focuses on candidate and delivery while generating leads and maximizing relationships and accounts.

• Building and managing an engaged network of relevant candidates in GTM
• Running an exceptional candidate process for every role you work on
• Able to build strong trusting relationships with candidates and clients
• Networking in the GTM space – lots of events, meet‑ups, and face‑to‑face meetings
• Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
• Managing complex negotiations
• Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
• Positively promote the 11 brand in the market
