Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the Austin office
Reports to: Director of Talent Acquisition
Employment Type: Temporary Contract, Part-Time
Contract Duration: Expected late October 2026 through March 2027
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Time, including a one-hour unpaid lunch
Hours: 30 hours per week
Compensation: up to $35 per hour

Together Work is seeking a part-time Contract Recruiting Operations Lead to provide day-to-day operational support to our Talent Acquisition team during a defined contract period.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who can step into an established recruiting environment, quickly learn our existing processes, and keep recruiting operations running smoothly and accurately.

You will support recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across multiple hiring activities while maintaining accurate information in Greenhouse and  This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

This is not a process redesign or strategy role. We are looking for someone who can follow established procedures, maintain consistency, and provide reliable operational support throughout the contract assignment.

• Support the day-to-day operational needs of the Talent Acquisition team
• Coordinate interviews and candidate scheduling across multiple roles
• Manage interview logistics and candidate communications
• Monitor recruiting activities, deadlines, and outstanding follow-ups
• Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the interview process
• Maintain recruiting documentation, templates, and administrative records
• Ensure established recruiting processes and procedures are followed consistently
• Provide responsive support to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners

• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in Greenhouse
• Create and update requisitions using established processes
• Support interview plans, stages, scorecards, and candidate movement
• Manage candidate communications and scheduling within Greenhouse
• Monitor outstanding interview feedback and scorecards
• Maintain templates and recruiting documentation
• Support recruiting reports and data accuracy
• Conduct routine data reviews to ensure information is complete and current
• Follow established Greenhouse processes and system standards

• Maintain Talent Acquisition boards, trackers, and tasks in
• Update recruiting activity, ownership, due dates, and status information
• Monitor outstanding items and follow up with appropriate team members
• Maintain existing workflows and processes within
• Ensure recruiting information remains current and accurate

• Support offer preparation and related data entry
• Confirm offer information is complete and accurate before processing
• Assist with background check initiation and tracking
• Maintain employee referral documentation and related records
• Support pre-employment and onboarding coordination as needed
• Ensure required hiring documentation is completed and maintained
