Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are a rapidly growing financial services company seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our internal recruitment efforts. This is a standalone recruiting role responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and attracting top talent across sales, finance, operations, and technology functions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills, as well as a proven track record of exceeding hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent positions, from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates using Linked In Recruiter and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and evaluations to ensure quality hiring decisions.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Complete reference checks and manage pre-employment processes.
• Create and maintain job descriptions, employment offers, and employment contracts.
• Lead onboarding activities to ensure successful new hire integration.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and consistently achieve or exceed hiring KPIs.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven success recruiting specialized roles, including:
• Finance & Accounting
• Salesforce Architects and Administrators
• Experience utilizing Linked In Recruiter for sourcing and outreach.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coordinating complex interview schedules and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Demonstrated success with onboarding, offer management, and maintaining high offer acceptance rates.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
