Recruiting Specialist (Contract Recruiter)

Technology Navigators is partnering with a leading employer in Taylor, TX to hire a Contract Recruiter who is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting high-volume hiring initiatives.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys managing multiple requisitions, working in a fast-moving environment, and driving candidates through the hiring process efficiently. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing speed with accuracy while supporting aggressive hiring goals.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring needs
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone screens and qualification assessments
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Manage offer processes and support onboarding activities as needed
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through hire
• Maintain compliance with recruiting processes and documentation requirements
• Support workforce ramp efforts and large-scale hiring initiatives

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting technologies
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and competing deadlines
• Experience conducting candidate screenings and managing hiring pipelines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Manufacturing, semiconductor, construction, logistics, operations, or technical recruiting experience
• Experience supporting workforce ramp projects or large hiring initiatives
• Experience working within fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environments
