On-Call/Temporary Human Resources Coordinator

The Hilton Austin is currently looking for an On-Call/Temporary Human Resources Coordinator to join their team through December 31st, 2026. This is a great opportunity to work for a Hilton Corporate Managed property and in an entry level HR position.

• Three days a week
• Between 5-6 hours a day
• Between the hours of 10am-3pm or 10am-4pm, dependent on business needs

As a Human Resources Assistant , you're not just providing support to HR department managers - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

• Provide exceptional front office support:
  Welcome and assist guests, applicants, and team members with prompt, professional, and courteous service
• Support daily office operations:
  Provide administrative support such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying to support HR department operations
• Manage communication:
  Handle phone calls, emails, mail processing, and meeting coordination
• Team Member Engagement:
  Assist with recognition, rallies, Team Member holiday parties

• New Hires:
  Assist with creating new hire onboarding packets
• Support special projects:
  Assist with departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
