Job Description:Our client is seeking an experienced, full-time, on-site Agile Coach to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in agile methodologies and training.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement an agile training program for the client team.
- Assist in establishing a Tactical Agile Center of Excellence (TCOE) within the organization.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in agile environments.
- Strong leadership and training abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven time management skills.
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions.
- Certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Professional, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience with Scrum and Kanban.
- Knowledge of software development processes.
- Experience in change management and cultural transformation.
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
