As a Productivity Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize systems that support engineering workflows and analytics. This includes developing tools for managing, tracking, and analyzing large-scale simulation data and metrics generated by machine learning workflows.
Responsibilities- Design and implement backend services for various internal tools
- Build efficient data storage and retrieval solutions using systems like S3, Postgres, Click House, and Redis
- Automate infrastructure deployment and scaling using Terraform on cloud platforms
- Collaborate with analytics, simulation, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth integration and performance
- 3+ years of experience developing backend services in production
- Proficient in Python, Java, or Go
- Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture and distributed systems
- Experience with AWS (S3, EKS), Postgres, and Terraform
- Bare metal experience
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
