ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Senior Product Manager (Enterprise Experience) will join the Experience team, focused on building products for Fintech Operations teams. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers to deliver functionality that powers client servicing, managed accounts, and portfolio management.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Define and own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for wealth-focused products serving Fintech Operations teams.

  • Research and communicate the competitive landscape and trends in wealth management.

  • Generate insights and actionable recommendations aligned with Apex’s business goals.

  • Partner with customers and senior leaders to identify advisor-driven process improvements and opportunities.

  • Own products end-to-end throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Establish, track, and communicate success metrics for wealth features and tools.

  • Author initiatives, features, epics, and user stories in Jira, translating advisor needs into clear requirements for engineering.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships across Apex and with external stakeholders.

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor s degree in a technical or business field (or equivalent work experience) required.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with wealth management or fintech products.

  • Experience in building financial technology products, optimizing workflows, and operations alerting.

  • Experience with RESTful API integrations and technology platforms.

  • Experience with Miro, Figma, or other workflow software for product discovery and cross-functional workshops.

  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Required Skills/Abilities
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to wealth platforms.

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Ability to influence across all levels of the organization and foster alignment.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in BI and related tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).

  • End-to-end SDLC management experience.

  • Ability to deliver frequent value and prioritize effectively.

  • Understanding of APIs and ability to work with engineering on integration use cases.

  • Proficiency in Figma for collaboration with design teams.

  • Proficiency in Confluence and Jira for product documentation and backlog management.

Work Environment
  • This job operates in a hybrid, office environment 3 days per week.

  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
