Microsoft Power Platform Developer – Up to 140K – Austin, TX – Hybrid (3 days in office)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join a dynamic team in Austin, TX. In this full-time hybrid role, you will build, configure, and optimize enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
. You will consult with stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and help drive the design and implementation of business‑critical applications.
- Independently consult with stakeholders to develop Power Platform solutions
- Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and optimize Power Apps
, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards - Support Dataverse environments, Dev Ops/ALM processes, and Power Platform administration
- Participate in the full change management lifecycle, including testing and deployment
- Mentor junior staff and provide guidance to the team
- Stay current with emerging Power Platform trends and features
- 12 years of experience in software application support, administration, or development
- Strong proficiency in Power Platform (
Power Apps
, Power Automate
, Power BI
, Dataverse
) - Experience with .NET, C#, Java Script , and connecting to various data sources/APIs
- Experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Up to 140K per year
