Position OverviewAs a Solution Architect
, you will design and deliver enterprise automation and AI solutions as part of TQA’s Professional Services delivery function, with a strong focus on Service Now-based implementations. You will work across multiple client engagements, collaborating with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and consultants to architect scalable, secure, and value-driven solutions. This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical leadership, solution design expertise, and the ability to guide clients from workflow automation to AI-enabled enterprise transformation.
- Lead the design and ownership of end-to-end solution architectures leveraging Service Now automation and AI capabilities.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution designs aligned to best practices.
- Provide architectural leadership and design assurance across the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery and design through to deployment.
- Work closely with delivery teams to support build, configuration, testing, and release activities.
- Support process analysis and automation feasibility assessments, identifying opportunities for.optimisation and innovation.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders, supporting solution roadmaps, technical decision-making, and long-term platform strategy.
- Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including security, performance, scalability, and supportability.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or senior technical consultant within a professional services or enterprise environment.
- Strong experience designing and delivering solutions using Service Now, including one or more of the following:
Stream Connect, Service Now RPA, Automation Center, AI Control Tower, Zero Copy Connectors, AI Orchestrator, AI Fabric, AI Agents, Now Assist AI Agents. - Solid understanding of enterprise automation, integration patterns, and AI-driven orchestration.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working in Agile and Dev Ops delivery environments.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project consultancy setting.
