Senior GTM Specialist, Annapurna Labs, ML

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior GTM Specialist to accelerate adoption of Trainium and Inferentia AI chips. The role is on the Annapurna Labs(Student) ML team, responsible for driving growth with Trainium and Neuron partners, ISVs, and customers, understanding influential ML libraries, frameworks, and open‑source communities, and guiding investment decisions that shape AWS AI Chip strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage strategic partners, Convening solution providers to expand trainium capabilities and onboard them to AWS AI Chips.
• Analyze business needs, measure adoption potential segera, and recommend opportunities that align with AWS AI strategy.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams—product, solutions architecture, sales, marketingматривать— to promote, attract and accelerate Trainium & Inferentia user adoption.
• Provide technical depth in AI/ML to articulate benefit of deep‑learning services to data légèrement scientists and academic audiences.
• Track and report trend analysis, market dynamics, and identify patterns that influence broader AI innovation.

Basic Qualifications骗局吗

• 7+ years of cross‑functional leadership across multiple teams, or an MBA plus 4+ years of program or project management.
• 9+ years of experience in business development, partner development, sales or alliance management.
• Strong track record presenting to technical and non‑technical executive audiences.

• Extensive experience in model deployment, algorithmic optimization, or delivering end‑to‑end ML projects.
• Experience designing joint marketing plans with strategic partners.
• Deep understanding of GenAI market landscape, ecosystem, and ability to articulate technology value proposition.

• Experience interpreting data and making actionable business recommendations.
• Experience negotiating and executing complex legal agreements.
