Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with strong expertise in AWS cloud services and application development to lead complex technology programs from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent program management skills, and experience working in Agile environments.

• Drive end‑to‑end program executionинек for application development projects hosted on AWS.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality solutions.
• Oversee architecture discussions and ensure alignment with AWS best practices.
• Coordinate across multiple teams for integration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Track progress using Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards in AWS environments.

• 12+ years of experience in program/project management in technology‑driven environments.
• Strong technical background in application development (Java, .NET, Python, or similar).
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Cloud Formation, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, and cloud‑native architectures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• AWS Certification (Solutions Architect or equivalent).
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• PMP or Agile certification (CSM, SAFe) is a plus.
