Technical Recruiter

Role Overview

As a Technical Recruiter at Nominal, you’ll be a core partner to leaders across Engineering, Product, Growth, and Operations, helping build some of the most technically ambitious teams in hardware-adjacent software. You’ll own end-to-end hiring for 3–5 critical roles at a time
, spanning software, infrastructure, product, growth, and hardware-adjacent positions—roles that are often niche, high-signal, and highly competitive. This is not a high-volume role; it’s about quality, judgment, and relationship-building. You’ll have real ownership from day one: shaping hiring strategy, influencing role definition, advising leaders, and continuously improving how we recruit as the company scales.

We’re hiring two recruiters to scale our Talent team:

  • Type 1:
    Process-driven, metrics-oriented, and obsessed with operational excellence
  • Type 2:
    Creative, narrative-driven, and excited to invent new ways to reach mission-aligned talent
