Summary
Join a growing team focused on expanding multiple brands through strategic marketing initiatives. This role supports EBQ clients by specializing in website and email development, optimization, and maintenance.
Position Responsibilities- Create website layouts and user interfaces utilizing standard HTML, CSS, and Java Script best practices.
- Collaborate with designers to translate visual concepts into functional website elements.
- Implement comprehensive responsive web design across all devices (desktop, mobile, tablets) and web browsers.
- Partner with the content team to execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies and analyze web analytics.
- Optimize landing pages specifically for digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop responsive emails and templates compatible across various email clients and devices.
- Generate and maintain technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain client websites to ensure optimal security and functionality.
- Efficiently test and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Support the marketing team with integrated communication and marketing activities.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance targets set by the supervisor.
- Adhere to company policies, values, and management direction.
- Work effectively in a collaborative environment and professionally represent EBQ to clients.
- Perform assigned duties as required.
- Highly motivated, disciplined self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Expert knowledge of web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and Java Script .
- Understanding of responsive design principles and browser testing tools.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

- Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Word Press, Hub Spot, Drupal, and/or Webflow; willingness to learn new CMS and page builders.
- Ability to administer and manage websites using hosting providers (e.g., WPEngine, GoDaddy, Bluehost, Dream Host).
- Experience with PHP and Word Press webhooks.
- Knowledge of relational databases (SQL/MySQL).
- Understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) principles.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Pardot, Mailchimp).
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Woo Commerce/Shopify).
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with project management software.
- Knowledge of CDN integrations (Cloudflare).
- Experience with version control systems (Git Hub).
- Skills in website optimization (speed, accessibility, security).
The employee must meet the physical demands necessary to perform the essential functions of this job. This includes regularly talking or hearing, and frequently standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reaching with hands and arms. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
