Work Location: 100% on site in Austin, TX

Job Description Basic Requirements- Candidates need to have hands on Python experience.
- 10 years of Lead experience
- Looking for candidates with AI/ML experience
- Development systems knowledge, and an understanding systems design concept.
- Lead the team into delivering projects through Scrum and efficient release practices
- Plan and work closely with multiple stakeholders for new onboardings
- Convert high level design into low level design and guide team with technical oversight
- Experience in designing, architecting and deploying cloud-native applications on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), or GCP.
- Experience working with databases like Mongo
DB, Aerospike, Microsoft SQL Server and/or Postgre
SQL. - Expertise with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency and experience with AI-Driven software development tools such as Git Hub Copilot or similar for improving productivity, code comprehension and documentation.
- Proven experience integrating AI/Machine Learning models for data analytics, visualization and automation.
- Experience in applying AI/ML to solve business and technical problems
- Track record of pursuing and maintaining high quality while delivering on tight schedules.
- Collaborative mindset coupled with a bias for action to effectively engage with all areas of the business including Product Management, Architects, SRE, and dependent domains.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders including offshore teams.
- Ability to effectively engage subject matter experts and understand technical topics.
- Demonstrated ability to disagree, present your case with data to support proposal/solution, and commit to deliver regardless of the outcome of the disagreement
- Demonstrated ability in solution discovery and crafting a design based in engineering principles
- Ability to analyze and solve problems creatively
- Track record of mentoring and coaching of multiple teams and being able to lead across domains within organization.
- Ability to effectively present the Architecture/solutions to the governance boards and stakeholders.
