You’ll own dashboards, analysis, and AI-powered workflows that help scale and optimize performance across SEO, AEO, paid marketing, and lead generation. - Support marketing performance tracking across SEO, AEO, paid media, social and email campaigns
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that help the marketing team understand results and trends
- Analyze campaign and funnel data to surface insights that improve lead quality, conversion, and ROI
- Help keep marketing data clean and consistent across tools (CRM, automation, analytics platforms)
- Assist with attribution, segmentation, and reporting projects
- Use AI tools to speed up analysis, automate repeatable tasks, and support testing and experimentation
- Partner cross‑functionally to ensure shared visibility into marketing performance
- Translate data findings into clear, practical takeaways for marketers and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, marketing operations, or analytics‑adjacent role (internships and academic projects count if hands‑on)
- Strong interest in marketing performance, growth, and optimization
- Comfortable working with data and reports, with the ability to spot trends and ask smart questions
- Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (lightweight or entry‑level is fine)
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (Hub Spot preferred)
- Exposure to SEO, AEO and AI-discovery
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily work and aware that AI output needs human judgment and validation
- Clear communicator who can explain insights in plain language
