Neos is Seeking a Support Technician II – Enterprise & Executive Support for a contract role with our client in Austin, TX.


*** ONSITE

ONLY CANDIDATES CURRENTLY RESIDING IN THE AUSTIN, TX AREA WILL BE CONSIDERED***

This position requires candidates to be onsite 5 days a week at 6230 E Stassney Ln, Austin, TX 78744

Work to Be Accomplished

The worker will have an excellent understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology. Performs installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computers (PC) and related systems. Troubleshoots and resolves software and hardware failures. Identifies network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop) computers. Provides technical support, training, process creation, and leads various project efforts.

Serves as an exceptional local leader and mentor to junior Technicians.

Minimum Years of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
  • 4 years of experience providing “white-glove” executive-level support.
  • 5 years of experience providing end-user support.
  • 5 years of experience supporting personal computer hardware and routine software installation.
  • 5 years of experience troubleshooting IT hardware and peripherals in an enterprise environment.
  • 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Productivity tools such as Office 365 and MS Teams.
  • 4 years of experience supporting video teleconferencing solutions such as Cisco Webex.
Preferred

Skills and Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience creating technical knowledge articles.
  • 4 years of experience utilizing Service Now in a support environment.
