Overview

At Noonlight our mission is to protect and comfort people so they can live freely. What began as an app focused on helping people walk safely from point A to point B is now a suite of emergency response APIs backing some of the latest commercial security, smart home, health, and lifestyle products in the market.

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Product Manager to lead the evolution of Dispatch API and the Noonlight App, our core products that power fast, informed emergency response for thousands of people and devices. The Dispatch API enables partners across security, safety, health, and IoT to deliver seamless 24/7 professional monitoring, while the Noonlight App extends our platform directly to consumers, providing instant access to emergency help, safety networks, and crash detection.

In this role, you ll balance three core principles: ensuring zero missed emergencies, achieving zero unwanted disruptions, and delivering the fastest resolution possible. Your efforts will shape the heart of Noonlight s platform — empowering partners to differentiate their offerings with trusted safety services and ensuring end-users can feel protected everywhere they go.

Responsibilities
  • Own the roadmap for Dispatch + App, balancing near-term partner needs with long-term product vision.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact features.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align product development with GTM strategy, messaging, and adoption.
  • Analyze customer feedback, product usage, and business outcomes to uncover insights and guide decisions.
  • Stay current on advancements in APIs, SaaS platforms, IoT, and emergency response workflows to inform strategy.
  • Drive rapid testing, iteration, and learning to deliver continuous improvements.
  • Champion best practices in product marketing and storytelling to ensure features land with partners and end-users.
  • Other duties as assigned.
About You
  • Experience:

3–6+ years in product management with strong exposure to APIs, SaaS, and ideally B2B2C products.
  • Commercial mindset:
Understands the importance of GTM, partner value, and revenue impact in product decisions.
  • Product marketing familiarity:
Skilled at working with marketing teams on positioning, messaging, and adoption strategies.
  • Analytical and data-driven:
Uses metrics, feedback, and insights to make decisions and measure success.
  • Curious and adaptable:
Eager to learn about industry trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Bias for action: A proactive problem-solver with a scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Bonus:
Experience in the security, safety, or emergency response industry.

Please note that sponsorship of new applicants for employment authorization, or any other immigration-related support, is not available for this position at this time.
