We are seeking an experienced People Soft FSCM Business Analyst with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable and Billing (People Soft FSCM 9.2). The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and support system integrations and testing in a collaborative, remote team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business objectives and processes to recommend effective system solutions
- Gather and document functional requirements; perform fit-gap analysis with SMEs
- Support implementation of People Soft FSCM 9.2 AR & Billing modules
- Map data to legacy systems and third-party interfaces
- Perform end-to-end system and integration testing
- Prepare documentation, support training, and assist with project-related activities
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience with People Soft FSCM 9.2
- 8+ years working specifically on Accounts Receivable and Billing implementations
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis
- Hands-on experience with system integration testing involving third-party systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Experience collaborating in large teams using MS Teams
