We push the limits of innovation to solve the world’s most important challenges—striving for execution excellence, while being direct, humble, collaborative, and inclusive of diverse perspectives. Join us as we shape the future of AI and beyond.

The Role

We are seeking a results‑driven Product Manager to own the roadmap, strategy, and go‑to‑market for Radeon products and experiences. You will translate market insights and customer needs into clear product requirements, align cross‑functional teams, and deliver products that delight gamers, creators, and professionals. This role requires strong technical acumen in GPUs/graphics, an understanding of software ecosystems (drivers, SDKs, APIs), and the ability to drive teams to market requirements.

The Person

We are seeking a dynamic team member with the ability to collaborate and influence across multiple functional teams. Success in the role requires strong leadership skills to drive the product definition, planning, positioning, and launch. You should possess strong analytical and presentation skills to influence senior‑level stakeholders as you translate industry knowledge into products that earn market success. Candidates should have extensive PC gaming knowledge, and a strong pulse of gaming communities and tendencies will be the basis.

This person will also lead internal and external engagements using GPUs for inferencing and AI workloads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own product strategy and roadmap for Radeon GPUs and software features across multiple generations and market segments (desktop, mobile, workstation).
  • Develop market requirements (MRDs) and product requirements (PRDs) informed by customer feedback, competitive analysis, performance data, and business objectives.
  • Partner with architecture, engineering, and program management to prioritize features, scope releases, and manage trade‑offs across performance, power, thermals, BOM, and schedule.
  • Drive feature definition for gaming, professional, and AI workflows, including graphics/compute pipelines, AI accelerated features, ray tracing, and upscaling technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with Software/Driver teams to define quality bars, performance targets, compatibility and stability criteria, and release cadence.
  • Lead go‑to‑market planning with marketing, sales, channel, and OEM/AIB partners: positioning, messaging, pricing, bundles, launch readiness, and lifecycle management.
  • Own business outcomes for your portfolio: demand planning, attach strategies, promotional plans, profitability targets, and post‑launch performance analysis.
  • Define and track KPIs (e.g., performance/watt, perf/$, driver stability, market share, sentiment) and run data‑driven experiments to improve customer value.
  • Represent the product in customer meetings, executive reviews, and cross‑functional forums; act as the voice of the customer and the voice of Radeon.
  • Ensure compliance with regional requirements (regulatory, export controls) and manage risk across supply, validation, and software certification.
  • Coordinate with ISV relations teams to align application/game readiness, optimizations, and launch day support.
  • Contribute to long‑range planning by synthesizing technology trends (process nodes, memory, interconnects), workloads (AI, RT, creator), and ecosystem changes (APIs, OS, cloud).
Preferred Experience
  • Strong technical understanding of GPU architectures, graphics pipelines (Direct

X/Vulkan/OpenGL), ray tracing, upscaling technologies, compute (OpenCL/CUDA equivalents), and benchmarking.
  • Experience collaborating with software/driver teams and delivering features with measurable quality/performance targets.
  • Proven ability to produce MRDs/PRDs, manage backlogs, and drive…
