-based enterprise software company is hiring a Senior Product Manager to join its growing product organization in Austin, Texas. As Senior Product Manager, you will own and drive a core product area within an AI-first hybrid observability platform that spans on-premise systems, cloud environments, and Kubernetes-based architectures. You will translate complex infrastructure challenges into a clear, prioritized roadmap that delivers measurable customer and business impact while balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform strategy.

• Define and execute the product roadmap for hybrid observability across on-prem, cloud, and containerized environments
• Conduct deep customer research to identify operational pain points and validate product decisions
• Partner closely with engineering to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-impact features
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, Design, and Customer Success
• Drive go-to-market initiatives, including launches, positioning, and sales enablement
• Monitor competitive trends and maintain product differentiation
• Establish and track KPIs related to adoption, usage, reliability, and customer value

• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Product Manager in SaaS, cloud, or infrastructure platforms
• Strong understanding of hybrid IT environments, cloud services, and Kubernetes ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability to build and communicate a clear product vision and strategy
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work full-time in the United States with transferable work authorization
