Provides hands-on end-user support and device lifecycle services, including PC refreshes, hardware/software upgrades, and break/fix support. Supports endpoint management through SCCM and works directly with users to resolve desktop issues efficiently. Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Must-Have
- Experience with PC refreshes, upgrades, and hardware/software installs
- Working knowledge of SCCM (deployments, imaging, patching)
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Solid work ethic, punctuality, and accountability
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with Intune or other MDM tools
- Basic Active Directory user/device support
- Experience documenting procedures or tickets
