Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing detailed, accurate feedback on social and community service management practices for AI training purposes.
  • Analyze and interpret case studies, documentation, and scenarios to inform AI system behavior and responses.
  • Collaborate with AI developers to ensure industry-specific knowledge and ethical standards are integrated into training datasets.
